It’s time again to give thanks and appreciate all that has happened this year. With the holidays coming along, so does the stress load. Our lives become overwhelmed with the preparation of meals, shopping and travel. At IHD we want to show our appreciation for our practice members and give thanks by offering an Appreciation Day on Wednesday November 28. On this day, we will have an assortment of complimentary relaxation therapies offered to help you de-stress. As well, food, prizes and giveaways will be available between the hours of 9am to 6pm.
The following services will be offered that day:

- Chi Massage session to help you oxygenate your body and give you more energy.
- Facials offered by Anna Greig, licensed esthetician.
- Computerized Foot Scan to help you determine imbalances in your feet.
